Users maintain exclusive financial and operational liability for any actions occurring under their registered login identifiers. Credentials must remain stringently confidential. Any perceived system breach must be immediately flagged to Apxea administration.

2.5 Candidate Profiles & Veracity

Candidates structurally warrant that all text, credentials, transcripts, experience records, and documentation provided are true, up-to-date, and unaltered. Apxea provides a connective medium and does not guarantee formal job placement or specific hiring outcomes.

2.6 Institutional Obligations

Subscribed hiring organizations pledge to handle candidate credentials with strict data-confidentiality care. Using obtained applicant profiles for parallel marketing, external data brokerages, or non-recruitment indexing is explicitly forbidden.

2.7 Data Quality & Outcomes Disclaimer

While Apxea implements intelligent filters and rigorous profile metrics to ensure a top-tier network ecosystem, it makes no warranties regarding absolute candidate accuracy, performance capacity, background integrity, or fitment. Ultimate vetting responsibilities rest with the hiring institution.

2.8 Intellectual Property

The user acknowledges that all layout mechanics, design layouts, digital workflows, trademarks, logos, system code, and curated databases belong strictly to Apxea. Unsanctioned copying or reverse-engineering is aggressively litigated.

2.9 Prohibited Platform Activities

Users explicitly agree not to engage in the following destructive protocols:

• Submitting false, intentionally deceptive, or defamatory records.
• Deploying automation frameworks, web scrapers, or bots to crawl user lists.
• Distributing unauthorized commercial promotions or bulk email spam.
• Interfering with infrastructure stability via script injections or malicious software routines.

2.13 Governing Law & Legal Venue

These terms and all related platform interactions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
